Yes. Every treatment is reviewed by a licensed physician and compounded in certified pharmacies that follow Good Compounding and Preparation Practices (GCP/GPP) with USP-grade ingredients.

Yes. A prescription is required before our pharmacy partner can prepare and dispatch your medication.

After purchase, you must complete a medical questionnaire with each order. An independent physician reviews the information you provide and decides whether prescribing the requested medication is appropriate. Please provide complete and accurate information; payment does not guarantee approval.

The resulting prescription serves the pharmacy’s compounding and dispensing process. Prescription copies are not supplied to customers, and we cannot provide a prescription to clear a shipment through customs. If your destination country requires your own prescription or other import documentation, you must arrange this before ordering. Our medical review does not replace ongoing care from your own healthcare provider.

If the physician declines your request, we will initiate a refund of your payment, excluding the nonrefundable physician review fee, within 24 hours. The time it takes for the refund to reach you depends on your payment provider.

Yes. We arrange international delivery, including to the US. Approved orders are prepared and dispatched directly by our compounding pharmacy partner.

Shipping availability does not establish permission to import medication. Before ordering, please check the requirements for your country and the particular medication you want, including any prescription or documentation requirements. Physician approval, an existing prescription and successful previous deliveries do not guarantee customs clearance.

Delivery usually takes around a couple of weeks. Customs processing can extend this to five or six weeks, sometimes longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and customs charges, and for responding to requests from customs or the courier.

If customs refuses entry, confiscates or destroys your shipment, you bear the full financial loss. We do not offer refunds or reimbursement in these circumstances. Please consider this risk before ordering. Once the pharmacy has been paid, the sale is final and the order payment is nonrefundable.

If a package is returned and can be resent in accordance with the destination country’s requirements, we can arrange reshipping. You will pay the same shipping charge as for the original order. If the original shipment was sent to the wrong address, we cover the reshipping charge.
